هيئة الاستعلامات تخاطب العالم بتسع لغات على موقعها الجديد

أطلق الكاتب الصحفي ضياء رشوان رئيس الهيئة العامة للاستعلامات صباح اليوم (الخميس 25 سبتمبر 2025) باقة متكاملة من الإعلام الرقمي المطور الصادر عن الهيئة، من أجل نقل صورة مصر ومواقفها وسياساتها وكافة جوانب الحياة على أرضها إلى الرأي العام في الداخل والخارج. وقال رئيس “هيئة الاستعلامات” إن إطلاق هذه المجموعة من وسائل الإعلام الرقمي يأتي تنفيذاً للتوجيهات الرئاسية المتتالية بشأن التطوير المستمر لأدوات الهيئة في مجال الإعلام الرقمي الحديث، وتوظيف أحدث أساليب الحفظ والعرض والاستخدام لتحقيق مهام الهيئة في نقل رسالة مصر إلى العالم، مع تطوير المحتوى الإعلامي لهذه الرسالة وترجمتها إلى أكبر عدد ممكن من اللغات السائدة في العالم. وأوضح ضياء رشوان أن باقة الإعلام الرقمي التي تم اطلاقها اليوم تتضمن ثلاثة مواقع الكترونية على شبكة الانترنت، وهي الموقع الرسمي للهيئة الذي يصدر بعدد (5) لغات هي: العربية والانجليزية والفرنسية والاسبانية والصينية، ويضم رصيداً هائلاً من المعلومات والأخبار عن مصر في كافة الجوانب السياسية والثقافية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياحية وغيرها، إضافة إلى ملفات علاقات مصر الخارجية، إلى جانب أبواب للكتب والدوريات والاصدارات الإعلامية التي تصدرها الهيئة، ويعرض الموقع هذه المعلومات من خلال النصوص والصور والفيديو، ويعد مرجعاً أساسياً للمعلومات عن مصر في كل المجالات للمستخدمين في الداخل والخارج، كما يتم تحديثه على مدار الساعة اعتماداً على المصادر الرسمية التي يتم ترجمتها على الفور إلى اللغات الأجنبية وعنوان الموقع: https://sis.gov.eg وأشار رئيس هيئة الاستعلامات إلى إن أحدث مراحل تطوير هذا الموقع قد اكتملت بعد جهد استمر أكثر من عام كامل بالتعاون مع وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، إضافة إلى تحديث شامل للمحتوى الذي يضمه الموقع وتطوير وسائل العرض والاستخدام. أما الموقع الثاني، فهو الموقع الموجه إلى القارة الأفريقية ويحمل اسم “مصر وأفريقيا” وهو موقع تابع لموقع الهيئة الأصلي، وعنوانه https://africa.sis.gov.eg/ وقد أُطلق لأول مرة عام 2019، مواكباً لرئاسة السيد الرئيس/ عبد الفتاح السيسي للاتحاد الأفريقي، ويصدر بعدد (9) لغات (من بينها 3 لغات أفريقية) واللغات التسعة هي: العربية والانجليزية والفرنسية والاسبانية والصينية والبرتغالية ولغة الهوسا واللغة السواحيلية واللغة الأمهرية. ويضم هذا الموقع كماً هائلاً من المعلومات عن مصر بكل هذه اللغات، مع التركيز على علاقات مصر الأفريقية ودورها تجاه دول القارة، ومعلومات شاملة عن كافة الدول والشئون الأفريقية السياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية وغيرها، ويتم تحديث هذا الموقع يومياً بعشرات الأخبار والتقارير والمواد الإعلامية، كما يتم تطوير البنية الأساسية للتكنولوجيا المستخدمة في الموقع. ويضيف رئيس “هيئة الاستعلامات”، أن الموقع الثالث الذي تمت المرحلة الجديدة من تطويره، هو موقع دراسات في حقوق الإنسان https://hrightsstudies.sis.gov.eg وهو مرتبط أيضاً بالموقع الأساسي للهيئة، ويصدر باللغات: العربية والانجليزية والفرنسية وهو بمثابة منصة لتصحيح مفاهيم حقوق الإنسان ونشر الدراسات العلمية والتقارير في هذا المجال لتأكيد المفهوم الشامل لحقوق الإنسان السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية والرد على ما يثار في هذا المجال من اكاذيب وادعاءات، ويتم تحديثه يومياً بكل جديد في مجال حقوق الإنسان بمفهومها الشامل محلياً وإقليمياً وعالمياً. مئات الألاف من الوثائق في المستودع الرقمي ومن بين أهم تطبيقات الإعلام الرقمي التي تم إطلاقها اليوم، فيقول رئيس “هيئة الاستعلامات” إنها تتمثل في “المستودع الرقمي لإعلام مصر الرسمي”، الذي تم انجازه بالتعاون مع وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، واستمر الجهد لإعداده أكثر من عامين، ليكون بمثابة منصة متطورة لتوثيق وحفظ واتاحة كل ما يصدر عن قطاعات الهيئة العامة للاستعلامات من مواد إعلامية، وكذلك ما يصدر عن المؤسسات والوزارات والمجالس النيابية وجهات الدولة الرسمية من بيانات وإصدارات إعلامية وتدفق إخباري. ويحتوى المستودع الرقمي وعنوانه https://mediadr.sis.gov.eg في مراحله الأولى على مئات الألاف من المواد الإعلامية التي تشمل أرشيف هيئة الاستعلامات، الذى يضم كماً كبيراً من الوثائق ذات أهمية تاريخية وبحثية بعد تحويلها إلى الوسائط الرقمية الحديثة، إضافة إلى ما تصدره الهيئة في مجال المعلومات، وكذلك عشرات الكتب المترجمة، كما يضم المستودع ما يتم رصده بشأن النشاط الحكومي، وما ينشر في وسائل الإعلام المحلية والعالمية، ويتم ترجمته في إطار “جريدة الجرائد العالمية” إضافة إلى الدوريات والإصدارات الإعلامية الموجهة للرأي العام الداخلي والخارجي. أما أحدث أدوات الإعلام الرقمي لنشر الرسالة الإعلامية لهيئة الاستعلامات بأبسط الوسائل وأيسرها وأكثر انتشاراً، فهي (طبقاً لتصريح رئيس الهيئة) “التطبيق” المستخدم من خلال أجهزة الهاتف المحمول والتي يمكن للمستخدمين تحميله والوصول من خلاله لكل ما تنشره الهيئة من معلومات وأخبار وتقارير على مدار الساعة .. وهي أداة يتم استخدامها بالهيئة لأول مرة. وأشار رئيس “هيئة الاستعلامات” في تصريحه إلى أن الهيئة، بالإضافة إلى المشروعات التي تم إطلاقها اليوم، تقوم حالياً بتنفيذ توجيهات السيد رئيس الجمهورية بشأن توقيع بروتوكول تعاون مع وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات من أجل إتاحة المحتوى الرقمي لجريدة مصر السينمائية “على بوابة تراث مصر الرقمي”، حيث تعد هذه الجريدة بمثابة رصيد وطني بالغ الأهمية، وسجلاً للأحداث السياسية والثقافية والاجتماعية في مصر على مدى أكثر من نصف قرن، وتحتوى على أكثر من (425) ساعة من المواد النادرة المسجلة بالصوت والصورة، حيث قامت الهيئة العامة للاستعلامات خلال السنوات الثلاث الماضية بإنقاذ هذا التراث الوطني وترميمه وتحويله إلى وسائل رقمية حديثة بالتعاون مع الشركة المصرية لمدينة الانتاج الاعلامي التي قامت بعملية ترميم وغسيل كيميائي ومسح ضوئي ومعالجة للصوت والصورة وتصحيح الالوان لهذا العدد الكبير من أعداد الجريدة السينمائية والأفلام التسجيلية التي توثق للحياة في مصر منذ عام 1948. واختتم رئيس “هيئة الاستعلامات” تصريحه بالتأكيد على أن عملية التطوير الإعلامي والتكنولوجي في الهيئة العامة للاستعلامات لا تتوقف مشيداً بما تلقاه الهيئة من دعم من القيادة السياسية لتطوير أدائها كجهاز إعلامي رسمي تابع لرئاسة الجمهورية، يتولى مسئولية نقل الرسالة الإعلامية المصرية إلى العالم، من خلال إعلام يواكب العصر، وبأساليب تكنولوجية تساير كل ما يستجد في مجال أدوات ووسائل الإعلام الدولي. Press Statement The State Information Service Addresses the World in Nine Languages The SIS Launches New Portal on the Internet Mobile App, Digital Repository, Egypt’s Cinema Archive Online Chairman of the State Information Service (SIS) Diaa Rashwan launched on the morning of Thursday 25th of September 2025, an integrated package of digital media solutions issued by the State Information Service. These are meant to convey the stances and policies taken by Egypt to the public opinion both at home and worldwide. The Chairman of the State Information Service has pointed out that the launch of these digital solutions puts into effect the presidential directives on the continued updating of the SIS-related digital media tools, and employing of the state-of-the-art “conserve-show-use” tools to help the SIS carry out its mandate pertaining to boosting Egypt’s mental image and conveying its message worldwide. The digital content is translated in so many a language, while updating the media content of this message, Rashwan noted. The Chairman of the SIS has reiterated that the development process, which includes a massive content update, has taken more than a year of collective effort to finalize, in collaboration with the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology. The Launching of Three Portals in Different Languages The SIS Chairman has elaborated that the digital media package, launched today, includes three portals on the Internet. They are: the official portal of the State Information Service which serves as an essential reference of information on Egypt in all fields to both average users and specialized researchers at home and overseas. The SIS portal boasts a massive repository of information and news on Egypt covering all political, economic, social, touristic, and cultural aspects. Furthermore, the SIS portal provides in-depth information about Egypt’s foreign relations, with a special section dedicated for books, journals, and publications issued by the State Information Service. These are updated 24/7 in a user-friendly and appealing display method. The https://sis.gov.eg is published in five languages: Arabic, English, French, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. The second portal, affiliated to the main portal of the SIS, is wholly dedicated to Africa, under the name of Egypt and Africa Portal. It was launched in 2019 in celebration of Egypt’s chairmanship of the African Union under then AU Chair President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. It also is a hub of a massive resource of information with a focus on Egypt’s relations with its African brothers and sisters, highlighting the country’s long outstanding role in Africa. The https://africa.sis.gov.eg hosts a comprehensive information on all African countries in terms of politics, economy and culture, among others. It is also being updated 24/7 and is issued in nine languages: Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese and Portuguese, plus three African languages: Hausa, Swahili and Amharic. The third portal, also affiliated with the SIS, is “Studies in Human Rights”. It is mainly focused on correcting the concepts of human rights, as it publishes academic research papers and reports in this field to reassert the comprehensive concept of human rights in all political, economic, social and cultural aspects. The https://hrightsstudies.sis.gov.eg serves as a firewall against all allegations and misleading information on Egypt in that department. Like the other two portals, it is being updated 24/7 and is issued in three languages: Arabic, English, and French. Hundreds of Thousands of Documents in Digital Repository Chairman of the State Information Service Diaa Rashwan has noted that one of the most important applications of digital media launched on 25th of September 2025 is the “Egypt’s Official Media Digital Repository”. The Repository has been made in collaboration with the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology thanks to two-year extensive collective efforts. The Digital Repository is a platform meant to document and archive the content published by the State Information Service and also the press statements released by relevant institutions, ministries, parliamentary councils, and official state agencies and bodies in Egypt. The https://mediadr.sis.gov.eg is home to hundreds of thousands of media materials and documents of historical and research significance within the State Information Service’s Archive. The portal is a hub of a massive collection of translated books, journals and publications directed to the local and foreign public opinions. These have all been digitalized employing the state-of-the-art techniques in that department. The portal also hosts all government activities in local and global mass media, being translated within “World Press Digest” issued by the State Information Service. SIS Mobile App Employing the up-to-date technological means, Chairman of the State Information Service Diaa Rashwan has indicated that the SIS released its first ever mobile app that allows Internet users to access all what is being published by the State Information Service all over the clock. Digital Content Available on Egypt’s Digital Heritage Portal Putting into effect the directives of the President of the Republic on providing access to the Digital Content of Misr (Egypt) Cinema Newspaper, being an important national heritage that documents political, social and cultural events that took place in Egypt in more than half a century, the SIS is currently working to provide users with an access to the “Egypt’s Digital Media Repository” in collaboration with the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology. The Chairman of the SIS has elaborated that the State Information Service has conserved this huge national heritage and restored it, digitizing it in the past three years in collaboration with the Egyptian Media Production City “EMPC TV”. The conservation and restoration process has included chemical treatment, scanning, audio-visual processing, and color correction for more than 425 hours of rare audio-visual film materials issued by Egypt’s Cinema Newspaper that documents life in Egypt since 1948. Conformément aux orientations présidentielles en matière de modernisation des médias numériques L’Organisme général de l’information s’adresse au monde en neuf langues via son nouveau portail Trois plateformes web, un entrepôt numérique stratégique, une application mobile et une vitrine patrimoniale dédiée au journal cinématographique Ce jeudi 25 septembre 2025, le journaliste Diaa Rashwan, président de l’Organisme général de l’information, a procédé au lancement officiel d’un ensemble cohérent de plateformes numériques développées par l’organisme. Cette initiative vise à véhiculer l’image de l’Égypte, ses orientations, ses politiques et les multiples facettes de sa réalité nationale auprès de l’opinion publique, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur du pays. M. Rashwan a souligné que cette opération s’inscrit dans le cadre du mandat confié par la Présidence de la République, en vue d’une amélioration continue des outils de communication de l’organisme, à travers l’adoption des technologies les plus avancées en matière de conservation, de diffusion et d’exploitation. L’objectif est de transmettre le message égyptien dans un maximum de langues, tout en enrichissant son contenu. Ce chantier, mené en partenariat avec le ministère des Communications et des Technologies de l’information, s’est étalé sur plus d’un an et a permis une refonte intégrale des contenus et des interfaces. Trois plateformes web multilingues Le président de l’organisme a précisé que le dispositif lancé comprend trois sites internet : • Le portail officiel de l’Organisme général de l’information, qui constitue une source de référence incontournable pour les chercheurs et les utilisateurs en quête d’informations sur l’Égypte dans ses dimensions politique, économique, sociale, touristique et culturelle. Il propose également des dossiers sur les relations extérieures de l’Égypte, ainsi qu’un accès aux publications, périodiques et ouvrages édités par l’organisme, disponibles sous forme de textes, images et vidéos. Ce portail est actualisé en temps réel sur la base de sources institutionnelles certifiées, et traduit en cinq langues : arabe, anglais, français, espagnol et chinois. Il met en lumière les relations égypto-africaines et le rôle de l’Égypte sur le continent, tout en offrant une couverture exhaustive des enjeux politiques, économiques et culturels des pays africains. Ce site est actualisé quotidiennement avec des dizaines de contenus et reportages, et disponible en neuf langues : arabe, anglais, français, espagnol, chinois, portugais, ainsi qu’haoussa, swahili et amharique. Elle publie des études scientifiques et des rapports visant à déconstruire les contrevérités et à promouvoir une approche intégrée des droits politiques, économiques, sociaux et culturels. Elle est mise à jour quotidiennement avec les dernières actualités locales, régionales et internationales, et disponible en arabe, anglais et français. Adresse: https://hrightsstudies.sis.gov.eg • Un entrepôt numérique stratégique : Parmi les instruments les plus novateurs figure l’entrepôt numérique de l’information officielle égyptienne, fruit d’une coopération soutenue de plus de deux ans avec le ministère des Communications et des Technologies de l’information. Cette infrastructure technologique de pointe permet de centraliser, préserver et diffuser l’ensemble des contenus médiatiques produits par l’organisme, ainsi que les publications et communiqués émanant des institutions étatiques. Dans sa phase inaugurale, l’entrepôt rassemble plusieurs centaines de milliers de documents, parmi lesquels des archives à forte valeur historique et scientifique, des ouvrages traduits, des périodiques et des publications destinées aux publics national et international, intégralement convertis en formats numériques contemporains. Il intègre également un dispositif de veille stratégique sur l’activité gouvernementale relayée dans les médias locaux et internationaux, traduite et consolidée dans le cadre du projet « Journal des journaux mondiaux ». Rashwan a annoncé le lancement de l’application mobile de l’organisme, conçue pour garantir aux usagers un accès continu et simplifié à l’ensemble des contenus institutionnels. Cet outil, introduit pour la première fois dans l’histoire de l’organisme, répond aux impératifs de fluidité, d’accessibilité et de rayonnement numérique à grande échelle. Adresse : Beta.sis.gov.eg Valorisation du patrimoine cinématographique égyptien : Dans le cadre des directives présidentielles, l’organisme met actuellement en œuvre un projet de valorisation du journal cinématographique égyptien, considéré comme un legs patrimonial d’une valeur inestimable. Ce journal constitue une chronique audiovisuelle des événements politiques, culturels et sociaux en Égypte depuis plus d’un demi-siècle. En partenariat avec le ministère des Communications et des Technologies de l’information, et avec la Société égyptienne de la Cité de la production médiatique, l’organisme a entrepris une restauration complète de ce patrimoine : nettoyage chimique, numérisation, traitement du son et de l’image, correction des couleurs. Plus de 425 heures de documents rares ont ainsi été préservées et converties en formats numériques modernes, en vue de leur mise en ligne sur le Portail du patrimoine numérique de l’Égypte. M. Diaa Rashwan a conclu en réaffirmant que le processus de modernisation technologique et médiatique de l’Organisme général de l’information se poursuit sans relâche, porté par le soutien indéfectible de la Présidence de la République. Il a salué l’engagement de l’État en faveur d’un appareil institutionnel capable de porter la voix de l’Égypte sur la scène internationale, à travers des médias pleinement inscrits dans leur temps et des technologies alignées sur les standards les plus avancés de la communication mondiale.
